Point Financial, who has provided over $4 Million in equipment lease financing to Unique Home Designs (UHD), assisted the portfolio company in securing a significant round of equity financing.
Point Financial introduced the investor which made the investment in order to accelerate the company’s growth. UHD, an Arizona-based company is engaged in the manufacture, distribution, and installation of decorative custom security screen/storm doors and gates. UHD products are distributed through Home Depot.
Prior to assisting UHD in this equity financing, Point Financial provided two separate Lease financing commitments totaling $4 Million to assist UHD with its early stage growth needs and opportunities. Point Financial is pleased to have played a role in helping UHD finance its national roll out.
